Booking & Payment

For standard sessions, a £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
 

For corporate work and larger projects, a 50% booking fee is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due prior to the delivery of your final images.

Payment structure will always be confirmed in advance and agreed in writing before the project begins.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Standard sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

For corporate bookings and larger projects, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session may result in additional charges, depending on time reserved and preparation already undertaken.

 

Studio & Location Work

All studio sessions take place in my studio in Chartham, Canterbury. Full address details will be provided upon booking.

For on-location work, including corporate sessions and events, the client is responsible for providing accurate access details, timings, and any required permissions.

 

Large Events & High-Volume Work

For large-scale events (including conferences, performances, or gatherings), services are provided to the best of my ability within the time, access, and conditions available on the day.

Due to the nature of live events, full coverage of every individual or moment cannot be guaranteed.

The photographer is not liable for missed individuals, moments, or requests where circumstances do not allow.

 

Image Delivery

Clients who book a session will receive a private online gallery within 48 hours of their shoot. For corporate events, the gallery will be delivered within an agreed timeframe following the event.

Final edited images are delivered within 7 working days from selection for standard sessions, and within 14 working days for corporate events, unless otherwise agreed.

Only fully edited and retouched images are supplied for final use.
Only fully retouched images may be used publicly.

 

File Storage & Data Loss

All reasonable care is taken to capture, store, and back up images safely during and after a session.

However, in the unlikely event of data loss, corruption, or technical failure beyond my control, liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected service.

I cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential loss, including missed images from events or sessions that cannot be recreated.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their final images once delivered.

 

Usage Rights & Marketing

Images are licensed for personal and professional use unless otherwise agreed.

Commercial use, resale, or third-party licensing requires written permission.

The photographer reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Copyright remains with the photographer at all times.

 

Retouching

Retouching is natural and minimal, intended to maintain an authentic and professional representation.

Additional retouching requests may incur additional charges.

 

Liability

Every effort is made to deliver a professional service. However, I cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including technical failure, weather, venue restrictions, client-side changes, or unforeseen delays.

The quality and outcome of images may also depend on client cooperation during the session or event.

 

Agreement
​By booking a session or working with me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
